Bread Upma

Very interesting, easy and healthy snack.
Children and adults who loves to taste spicy snacks, here you gooooooooooooo  Bread upma,

Ingredients:

(For a single person)
1. 2 Bread slices. (Use salty bread) - Cut into small pieces.
2. Green chilly - 1
3. Onion - 1 (Finely chopped)
4. Mustard - Little
5. Urud Dal - Little
6. Pepper - Little (Coarsed)
7. Sunflower Oil - 2 tblsp


Method:

1. In a kadai, heat Oil and add mustaud seed. once it popped add urud dal. Stir till it get golden colour
2. Add chopped onion and stir till it get golden colour.
3. Now add the coarsed pepper as per your wish. (If children add little, if elders depends on your choice for spicy add)
4. stir well.
5. Now add Bread pieces and stir well. 
6. Switch off the flame once the bread pieces fried.

Now the spicy Bread upma is ready to taste. You can use tomato sauce as a side. 

Very good evening snacks is ready.

Whenever i toast the bread or make sandwich for Breakfast, I will keep the left over side cut pieces of bread and i will do this upma for evening. Really worthy and good...
